Michelle Lang, FST
Fascial Stretch Therapist
Michelle grew up as an athlete with pole vault being my main focus. She pole vaulted at Desert Vista High School and for a year at Arizona State University. Focusing on her degree, she pursued a Kinesiology degree and graduated from ASU in May, 2008. Since then, she has competed in sprint and Olympic triathlons, a marathon.
Michelle has been married to her best friend and has two handsome and active boys – Gavin and Jacob. She made staying active and healthy a key goal of mine through her pregnancies and beyond. She runs and strength trains on a regular basis to stay fit. She also teaches mommy and child stroller fitness classes (Stroller Strides) and postpartum boot camps (Body Back) with local Fit4Mom franchises.
She has been practicing Fascial Stretch Therapy™ since May, 2014 when a family member recommended she look into this kind of therapy. Michelle loved the concept of being able to restore flexibility, pain free movement and increased performance in athletes, those dealing with chronic pain, and recovering from an injury.
