Heather Beninato, LMT, ART, NCTMB, AMTA
Full Body Certified in Active Release Technique
Heather is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Active Release Technique Provider, holds a National Certification of Therapecutic Massage and Body Work, and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
She is a provider with the Ironman Network, a Certified Chiropractic Assistant, and has been working with doctors since 2001, treating soft tissue injuries. She has helped many elite and professional athletes from around the world to maximize their strength, endurance, and performance with a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique. The techniques are used to treat muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.
As a swimmer, soccer, and hockey player herself, Heather Beninato understands first-hand, the effects of soft-tissue injuries on athletes and the importance of a quick recovery.
She has also been performing massage therapy since 2001.
Dr. Taylor Ramsdell
Dr. Taylor Ramsdell earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa. He later graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2011. He was born and raised in Iowa and grew up in a family of 6 children. Dr. Ramsdell also grew up playing sports including football, baseball, and college basketball. In his spare time he enjoys reading, eating at healthy restaurants, as well as playing and watching sports. He is a 2nd generation chiropractor with 5 chiropractors in his family. His first adjustment was when he was 2 hours old and has been under chiropractic care ever since. Chiropractic care has helped him when he was involved in competitive sports especially when recovering from injury and preventing injury.
Dr. Ramsdell believes that chiropractic care works best in combination with a healthy balanced diet, exercise, and a positive attitude. He believes in providing pain relief at an affordable price for patients. Everyone from young to old can benefit from chiropractic care.
He believes chiropractic care is a philosophy, science, and art. A system of adjusting the articulation soft spinal column by hand for the correction of the cause of disease.
Michelle Lang, FST
Fascial Stretch Therapist
Michelle grew up as an athlete with pole vault being my main focus. She pole vaulted at Desert Vista High School and for a year at Arizona State University. Focusing on her degree, she pursued a Kinesiology degree and graduated from ASU in May, 2008. Since then, she has competed in sprint and Olympic triathlons, a marathon.
Michelle has been married to her best friend and has two handsome and active boys – Gavin and Jacob. She made staying active and healthy a key goal of mine through her pregnancies and beyond. She runs and strength trains on a regular basis to stay fit. She also teaches mommy and child stroller fitness classes (Stroller Strides) and postpartum boot camps (Body Back) with local Fit4Mom franchises.
She has been practicing Fascial Stretch Therapy™ since May, 2014 when a family member recommended she look into this kind of therapy. Michelle loved the concept of being able to restore flexibility, pain free movement and increased performance in athletes, those dealing with chronic pain, and recovering from an injury.
Fascial Stretch Therapy is a unique, complete and complementary system of table-based assisted stretching, focusing on the fascia and joint capsules as the key elements in achieving optimal flexibility, strength, performance and pain relief.
Brynn Cottle, LMT
Brynn is a licensed Massage Therapist, graduating from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in Orem, Utah. During her studies, she learned various modalities such as Russian Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, and Swedish Massage. As an athlete herself, Brynn understands the importance of regular chiropractic care in order to reach and maintain your optimal health. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, rock climbing, running, yoga, and spending time with her family and friends.
Esther Franco-Julian, LMT
Esther is a licensed Massage Therapist. Her journey started in Arizona where she spent time with the Navajo Native Americans. She was fascinated by their healing systems. This inspired her to study in the Southwest School of healing arts in New York. There she learned energetic anatomy, Reiki, myofasical release, Vipassana meditation, and the spiritual aspects of massage. Esther enrolled in the Swedish Institute where she was introduced to the western, clinical practice of massage.Her ultimate therapeutic goal for each client is help to restore maximal pain-free movement within postural balance. In the ever-expanding field of bodywork, Esther believes keen observation skills, compassion, and a commitment to education is essential.
Esther uses multiple modalities in her practice including: Rolfer Erik Dalton’s, Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Kinesiotaping, Mysofascial Release, Reiki, PNF Stretching, and Prenatal Certified Massage.
Massage Therapist/Chiropractic Assistant
Taylor is a licensed Chiropractic Assistant and Massage Therapist, graduating in July of 2015. She also earned her Associates degree in Applied Science of Strength and Personal training in December of 2014 from Chandler-Gilbert Community College. Currently she is attending ASU to earn her Bachelors degree; majoring in Integrative Health and minoring in Nutrition. Taylor has had massage experience working with the Arizona Rattlers and WNBA Phoenix Mercury. Working with others and helping people reach their optimal health and wellness is something she finds most rewarding.
Danielle Lavin, FST
Fascial Stretch Therapist/Chiropractic Assistant
Danielle is a Licensed Chiropractic Assistant. She graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute as a Medical Assistant in 2008. She has a major in Kinesiology and minor in Nutrition at Arizona State University. She was involved in the Kinesiology Honors society, National Health Awareness, and ASU Well Devils.
She is currently working on completeing her Fascial Stretch Therapy™. Danielle loved the concept of being able to restore flexibility, pain free movement and increased performance in athletes, those dealing with chronic pain, and recovering from an injury.

Joy Allard is the Office Manager for InMotion Health and Wellness. She has management, medical billing, and medical office experience, and is able to use that in her new role here to help keep the office running smoothly. She has always had an interest in Chiropractic and enjoys working in an environment where she feels good about helping people.
Prior to working at InMotion Health & Wellness, Joy graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Counseling. Born and raised in Connecticut, she just recently moved here and is excited about being a new Arizona resident! In her free time Joy enjoys spending time with her dog, and her family and friends. She also enjoys running, cycling, swimming, learning to play the ukulele, and exploring what Arizona has to offer.
Dee Lightfoot was in Customer Service for 25 years in the corporate world working for Motorola / Emerson. Semi-retiring in 2011 she found herself wanting that personal interaction that only customer support provides. Landing a job at InMotion Health & Wellness she soon discovered just how fulfilling the Wellness industry is. Working with such knowledgeable people in their field only confirms her personal commitment to assist all our patients/clients receive the most positive experience possible. In her off time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband of 28 years, their 3 dogs and 3 cats. She is the proud mother of two sons, one daughter and has three wonderful grandchildren.
