Will my insurance pay for chiropractic?

In a recent study published by Palmer College of chiropractic, they found that nearly 1/2 of all U.S. adults don’t know if their insurance covers chiropractic care.  The best way to find out if you’re covered under your plan is to look at your schedule of benefits or just call the insurance company and ask.  You can always call our office and have our office manager find out the answer for you if that would be easier for you!

The good news is that the majority of insurance companies will pay for chiropractic care.  The reason they pay is because they understand the effectiveness of chiropractic treatment, and read the research to back up our claims.  Insurance companies are all about saving money.  If chiropractic was costing them money they wouldn’t cover our services.  The fact is, chiropractic care is one of the most effective treatments for headaches, back and neck pain, shoulder injuries, knee injuries, hand and foot problems and other musculoskeletal complaints.  We help prevent patients from having expensive surgeries that often result in months of physical therapy.  We prevent patients from taking costly and in some cases deadly medications, thus preventing the costly side effects that follow.  We save money for patients and insurance companies all the while making people whole again, the natural way.

If you have insurance we encourage you to use your benefits.  You’re paying for it so it’s in your best interest to utilize the benefits if you aren’t currently.

At InMotion Health & Wellness our approach to your health is multi-faceted.  We do thorough examinations, make proper diagnoses and utilize up to date research to provide you with a treatment plan that makes sense, and will expedite the healing process so that you can enjoy doing the things you love best.

Give us a try.  See if we can help.  Call your insurance company to see if our services are covered.  We’re currently in network with most major insurance companies.  We’re here for you.  Call (480) 719-3749 to schedule your initial evaluation.
